Return, Refund and Cancellation

You can raise cancellation requests for orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing an email with your order ID. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the e-mail ID used while ordering on our site. Send the email at tanya.chugh28@gmail.com

Once the order status has changed to shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. After the package is delivered then the customer can raise a return request.

Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase then unfortunately, a refund can’t be issued.

To be eligible for a return request, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging with the proof of purchase (packing slip).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 3-7 working days from the date of receiving the product.

If you have received a damaged product/s, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used payment method within 7 working days once the product is picked and received at the warehouse for approval of refund after being QC verified.
